WOW! If I could give 7 stars I would! Very quick, extremely friendly, very good at putting our minds at rest, not chasing money but providing the best customer experience. Very reasonable pricing compared to others called. I help and care for my elderly neighbour who needed my support one day. Upon returning to his house (late night) he unfortunately remembered his keys were left inside the house. I did a Google search spoke to a few locksmiths and chose to go with Carl. Both my friend and I were really glad that we did for the reasons given above. Upon arrival he observes and understands the environment. Looks for any signs of danger, provides the best advice, does not chase money. In fact I needed help with a gate of mine and he told me a solution that he would advise because a professional/ industrial grade solution was not needed for such a job. He even went out of his way to show me on Google before he left. From my experience, Carl is a very humble guy and does not chase reviews however given all of the above combined I felt I wanted to so others can be rest assured from the interaction I had with Carl. Yes I would highly recommend Carl 100%

Got locked out of my building late in the evening and it was one of those moments where you just stand there hoping you didn’t actually forget your keys. After checking my pockets three times, I gave Locksmithw12 a call. They picked up straight away, asked a few quick questions, and told me roughly how long they’d take. To be fair, they arrived within that time, which was a relief standing outside. The locksmith stayed calm, had a quick look at the lock, and explained what he was going to do before starting. He worked carefully rather than forcing anything, and within a few minutes the door was open without any damage. What I liked was that he didn’t rush off straight after, he checked the lock again and made sure everything was still working properly. Job well done The locksmith arrived on time (this was not an urgent job).  He identified the problem and managed to sort out the issue with our window locks.  He was very pleasant and efficient and we paid what he quoted with no extra charges although he had to go and get some parts and return.  All in all a job well done. 5/5 Was locked outside my flat, Catalin arrived in 15 mins and took him 2 mins to unlock the door for me. I paid the quoted price and nothing more.
