Catalin was really quick and offered a quote within 5mins of us sending him a message. We were locked in our 6th floor flat with no way of getting out and he arrived within 30 mins to help us get out. He was very efficient and offered to replace it as well so we will be calling him again as soon as possible to replace the system but still sorted out a temporary solution for us. We highly recommend him to everyone in the area!
